Our mission is to combine the classic beauty of timeless architecture with modern technologies to create the perfect marriage of Form & Function.

At Old World Building we ask ourselves what we consider to be the most important question before we build a home.

"Would we be proud to live in this home ourselves?"

The answer has to be YES or we won't build it.

It is this core philosophy that  drives us and the reason that we only use the best in materials (Pella, Jeld-wen, Thermatru, American Standard, Owens Corning, Mohawk) as well as the best building practices and subcontractors. 

We also believe firmly that every family deserves to live in a quality built home with special touches that are normally only available in a much more expensive and completely custom homes.

 Most of our standard features are not typically available even as upgrade options from other often more expensive builders.  

Some Standard Features in our homes include:

Granite Countertops, Custom Amish Cabinetry, Heated Floors, Stamped Concrete Porches -Steps - Patios, High Efficency Dual System HVAC, Jetted Tubs, Tile Showers, Real Hardwood Floors and  maintenance free exteriors of ALL Brick or EIFS.

Each Home we build takes on it's own personality and in the end the overall character dictates what special features we include.  In recent builds we have included 2 Sided Indoor/Outdoor fireplace, Hidden Doors, Pop-up Television /Bars, Special Trims and Trays, Special Interior Finishes, Custom Mantles, Custom Ceilings, Custom Floor designs and Inlays, Custom Exterior Concrete work, etc.

Once you visit an Old World Home and compare what you get for the money you will understand why people call our homes mini-mansions. We prefer to think of them as Architectural Art.
